Dominique, a Phoenix native, is a dedicated mother of five—four girls and one boy—and enjoys family activities, from indoor crafts to outdoor adventures. With over 12 years of experience as a Lead Teacher in non-profit organizations, she has been part of the YMCA team for the past two and a half years, where she also volunteers as a volleyball coach. In May 2024, Dominique was promoted to director, a role in which she’s committed to enhancing the YMCA’s 4-star Quality First-rated early learning program, serving children from six weeks to five years old. Passionate about early childhood education, Dominique finds fulfillment in making a difference in young lives and is grateful every day for the trust families place in her to help shape their children’s futures.
