A part of our goals to support your child’s development is to provide information to parents and their teachers specific to each child on their individual development and goals. To help measure this, we use the Ages & Stages Questionnaire (ASQ) and use Teaching Strategies Gold Portfolios to track child development and accomplishments. This data and information will be made available to you upon request and twice a year during parent/teacher conferences. Your privacy and your child’s privacy will be protected indefinitely. The YMCA will follow all applicable federal laws that protect student personal information, including maintaining appropriate physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards.
